Join us at the fifth annual Les Dames d’Escoffier New York (LDNY) The Next Big Sip as we explore the symbiotic history of cocktail and culinary culture and the essential role that women have played in shaping some of our most beloved cocktail party traditions. Our spirited panel of women leaders from across the food, beverage, and hospitality industries will dive into the “passed,” present and future of cocktails and snacks, discussing everything from the sandwich-and-cup spreads of the Gilded Age, 1920s-era Harlem party pairings, martini-and-fries "adult happy meals" of today and beyond. After the engaging panel, we'll taste our way through those trends on-site at themed stations with craft cocktails and dishes that exemplify these eras representing some of America's ultimate and most exciting food and drink pairings.

Cochairs: Dames Francine Kowalsky, Susan Kostrzewa, Dr. Nicola Nice, and Diana Pittet
