About this event

Two sets of Live Music from Jackson Pines, a band from the Barrens who spend as much time writing original music as they do searching for 100 year old songs from their home of Ocean County. Last year they released Pine Barrens Vol. 2 and Purgatory Road.

A brief intro to the Pine Barrens ecosystem from Jason Howell of the Pinelands Preservation Alliance whose mission is to preserve the Pine Barrens ecosystem, promote wide public awareness of the values of Pinelands resources and issues involved in their preservation, and advance permanent acquisition of land and development rights by conservation agencies.

A 20 minute film by John Cozz The Legend of Louie (A film about the Jersey Devil) New Jersey is no stranger to urban legends. Tales of satanic trees, haunted tunnels, and toxic rivers are found throughout the state. This B movie horror inspired film offers an innovative connection between four urban legends, Clinton Road, The Jersey Devil, The Gates of Hell, and The Mighty Passaic River
