The Murph Challenge 2024

Come join us for The 2024 Murph Challenge at F45 City Square! We joined forces again this year with Moore Industries to host an epic in-person event where you can push your limits and honor our fallen heroes. Get ready to sweat, challenge yourself, and be part of an amazing community. Don't miss out on this opportunity to test your strength and endurance. See you there!

We will start promptly at 7:00am to try to beat the heat, so please arrive by 6:45am so we can go over everything.

Do I have to be a member at F45 to participate?

No, everyone is welcome....in fact, bring a friend! However, you must pre-register here.

How much does it cost?

FREE! No charge for you to participate, but you do have to pre-register here, please.

My boyfriend/husband is doing it....can I come watch?

Absolutely! We actually encourage people to be present along the run or by the gym to cheer on everyone!

Why isn't it on Memorial Day weekend, like most other Murph Challenges?

We have actually found that a lot of people travel on Memorial Day weekend and this allows more people to participate.

What is the actual workout?

1 Mile Run, 100 Pullups, 200 Pushups, 300 Squats, 1 Mile Run...in a 20 lb vest or body armor (exercises can be broken up)
