What is the mom edit by Her Glow Era?

The Mom Edit is a 3.5-hour in-person wellness gathering designed exclusively for moms. It's a laid-back, judgment-free afternoon of movement, breathwork, hydrotherapy, fresh food, and community all in one beautiful experience.

Who is this event for?

Any and every mom! Whether you're a brand-new mama running on no sleep or a seasoned mom finally carving out time for yourself, this afternoon was made for you. No experience with yoga, breathwork, or cold plunges required, just show up as you are and we will modify where needed to suit you.

What should I wear/bring?

Wear comfortable, activewear you can move and sweat in. Bring a water bottle, flip flops and a swimsuit for the hydrotherapy circuit. We'll take care of the rest!

What does the hydrotherapy session include?

You'll have access to infrared sauna, red light therapy, and a cold plunge for about 45-50 minutes. You can move through them at your own pace, there's no pressure to do anything that doesn't feel right for your body.

Do I need experience with yoga, Pilates, or breathwork?

Not at all. The movement class and breathing session are designed to be accessible and welcoming for all levels. This is about feeling good, not performing.

Can I bring my baby or kids?

This event is designed as a dedicated space for you, so we ask that little ones stay home for this one. Arrange your childcare in advance so you can be fully present, you've earned it.

Is food provided?

Yes! Fresh juice, a light healthy snacks, and good conversation are all part of the afternoon. If you have specific dietary allergies or restrictions, please reach out ahead of time so we can do our best to accommodate you.

Spots are intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate and community-focused. Once it's sold out, it's sold out, so grab your ticket early!

What if I can't make it?

We completely understand that life with kids is unpredictable. However, please note that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. We encourage you to transfer your ticket to another mom who could use the afternoon, just let us know in advance so we can update the name at the door.

What's the difference between the two ticket options?

We have the community small group experience or the semi-private experience. See below for more details. Both ticket options include everything else: yoga/Pilates class, rhythmic breathing session, fresh juice and snacks, and flower bouquet. The only difference is your hydrotherapy experience.

What is the community experience?

You'll move through the hydrotherapy circuit with a small group, up to 6 people in the infrared sauna together, followed by the cold plunge room with 4 tubs shared in one space. It's a beautiful way to experience the afternoon alongside other moms and lean into the community energy of the event.

What is the semi-private experience?

You and one other person have exclusive access to your own private room for the sauna, cold plunge, and red light therapy a quieter version of the hydrotherapy circuit. Perfect if you're coming with a friend and want that one-on-one space, or if you simply prefer a more personal environment.
