Hi! I’m Jess Faulds, and I’m a Certified Holistic Nutrition Coach with degrees in Nutrition & Dietetic Sciences and Health Science, plus a certification from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (because the Canadian Food Guide and I do not see eye to eye).
