The Matriarchy Comedy: Where Women Rule and Boys Follow Our Rules! The Matriarchy Presents is flipping comedy on its head with bold, hilarious, all-women lineups— plus one dude who must read jokes written by the women. (Don’t worry, he agreed to it!)

Your producers and hosts Emily Kingsley and Cara Leoni bring together sharp humor, unique voices, and Denver's heaviest hitter's in comedy. Their mission? To create a space where everyone feels welcome to laugh, rebel, and snack on a cupcake (yes, every ticket comes with one!).

How Do I Buy Tickets?

Tickets must be bought through RISE Comedy online at risecomedy.com. They are $17 online and $20 at the door. The money goes to the performers <3

Is it Kid Friendly?

RISE allows people under the age of 21 at shows but our content is 18+.

Can I drink?

RISE Comedy has a full bar and drinks can be delivered to your seat during the show. Mocktails are available as well :)

Why Does My Ticket Say "Not A Ticket"

Because it's not a ticket! You must purchase a ticket online at risecomedy.com or at the door in order to have a seat. This eventbrite does not count as a ticket.

What is Parking Like?

It's downtown parking on a Saturday night...plan accordingly! Rideshare, carpool, or leave extra time to look for parking options. There is street and lot parking available downtown.
