Do I need to pre-register or will walk-up seats be available?

The Longest Table is free and open to all; however, pre-registration is required to assist with planning efforts.

Question 2

Can I sit with a specific person or a specific group of people?

Accepted Answer

If you would like to sit with one specific person, please register together. Each child under 12 must register with an accompanying adult. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests for groups larger than two to be seated together.

Can I pick where I sit at the table?

Accepted Answer

No. Guests will be placed randomly along the table. If you register with one person, you will be seated with that person. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests for groups larger than two to be seated together.

Question 4

Can children attend?

Accepted Answer

Yes, however, each child under 12 must register with one accompanying adult. For example, two children must be accompanied by two adults. To register, one adult would register with one child. The other adult would register with the other child.

I registered, but I can no longer attend.

Accepted Answer

Please take one of the following steps right away. If it is before September 24, cancel your registration via EventBrite. If it is on or after September 24, please email communityfoundation@gofoundation.org as soon as possible, so we can free up your spot at the table.

Question 6

What will be served for dinner?

Accepted Answer

A delicious meal of chicken tacos, mexi-rice, and beans will be served, prepared by the chefs at Skies 322. Vegetarian options are available upon request at registration. Due to the nature of the event we cannot accommodate other dietary restrictions. You are welcome to bring your own meal.
