THE LISTENING: Guided Reflection & Live Classical Music

Welcome to The Listening!

THE LISTENING A Journey of Guided Reflection, Live Classical Music & Deep Rest

Our bodies are living instruments, resonating with every word, sound, and vibration around us. When we encounter uplifting frequencies and soothing tones, they ripple through our cells, easing stress, lifting our spirits, and supporting our natural capacity for healing. The right sounds don't just inspire—they literally harmonise with our very essence.

THE LISTENING is a guided journey that invites you into profound rest and restoration. Led by classical musician Vourneen Ryan and Somatic Therapist Nessa Ryan, this unique experience weaves together gentle movement, guided refelction, nurturing touch, and live classical music to create a sanctuary of deep nourishment.

Participants are invited to simply lie down and receive—allowing words, touch, and sound to restore balance and ease. This is your rare pause from daily life, a chance to replenish and discover the transformative power of deep listening.

Lie back to Bach, rest with Richter and relax with Glass.

Your Journey Unfolds:

  • Arrival: Settle into the space and get comfortable
  • Grounding: Guided meditation and imaginative storytelling to guide your attention inward
  • Receiving: Optional nurturing touch to calm, cleanse, and balance your system
  • Immersion: Live classical music carries you deeper into restorative rest
  • Integration: Gentle awakening with light movement, leaving you refreshed and reconnected

Step away from the noise. Step into THE LISTENING.

This event will start at 7pm sharp. Doors are open from 6.40pm. We recommend that you arrive a little early at 6.40pm. There are yoga mats, pillows and blankets provided but bring extra to stay warm and cosy.
