THE LEADERSHIP CHALLENGE (2024-1)
Entering its 6th year, the City of Sacramento's internal Leadership Development Program, called "The Leadership Challenge," is open to all City employees. The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership model turns the abstract concept of leadership into easy-to-grasp practices and behaviors that can be taught and learned by anyone. The LPI®: Leadership Practices Inventory®—one of the most widely used leadership assessments in the world. This popular City program consists of 7 half-day sessions.

**The Leadership Challenge program is back in-person! Locations will be provided at a later date.
(20 spaces available - the deadline to apply for this cohort is Friday, April 5th, 5:00 pm).
