The scond annual Lapidus Lecture in Paine Studies features a lecture by Dr. Joyce Chaplin, James Duncan Phillips Professor of Early American History, Harvard University, on "Tom Paine's Sunshine Patriotism: Telling the Truth about the Weather.”
