Make it a New Year's resolution and join Sarah Morrison '74 to discuss the paralyzing fear of a blank page, how to set aside time for yourself and your thoughts, and how to get started using simple prompts for reflecting on gratitude, travel, everyday life, childhood memories, etc, etc, etc! No expertise is needed, but veteran journalers are welcome to offer tips and inspiration.
