II. Preparation for the Journey (20 minutes)
- Setting intentions for the workshop
- Guided relaxation and breathing exercises to calm the mind and body
III. Sound Bath Meditation (45 minutes)
- Introduction to the sound instruments (crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, etc.)
- Immersive sound bath experience: participants lay comfortably and absorb the vibrations and frequencies of the instruments
- Gentle guidance throughout the session to deepen relaxation and enhance receptivity to intuition
IV. Intuitive Art Expression (45 minutes)
- Providing art supplies (paper, pencils, markers, etc.)
- Intuitive drawing exercise: Participants will be encouraged to let go of expectations and draw whatever comes to them while listening to the sounds
- Emphasis on the process rather than the outcome, encouraging free expression and exploration
