An elevated inversion experience combining intelligent strength work, skill-building, breathwork, and exclusive access to skill videos!

The Inversion Method is a beginner-friendly, strength and skill-based inversion workshop designed to help you explore going upside down in a way that feels strong, supported, and fun!

Over the course of this 2 hour workshop, we’ll break inversions down into their essential building blocks. You’ll move through targeted accessory strength work for the shoulders, core, and hips, paired with skill-based drills that build balance, body awareness, and confidence. The goal isn’t to rush into a pose—it’s to understand how inversions work and give your body what it needs to get there safely.

You’ll receive hands-on adjustments and personalized coaching throughout the workshop to help you feel supported and successful. We’ll finish with guided breathwork, complemented by essential oils and cool towels, to help your nervous system settle, shift into recovery, and fully absorb the work you’ve done—so you leave feeling both energized and grounded.

Participants will also receive exclusive video access to the drills practiced in class, plus additional progressions, giving you a clear, repeatable way to continue building strength and confidence after the workshop.
