Real intimacy doesn’t just happen—it’s practiced. Join Julia Satterlee in this inspiring weekly session to explore the myths and barriers to intimacy, and how to explore & communicate your desires with more confidence. You’ll also leave with simple, everyday tools to nurture closeness, pleasure, and connection, whether you’re in a relationship or flying solo.

Session Goals & Outcomes:

  • Understand why communicating desires, or even giving yourself permission for pleasure, can feel hard—and how to do it anyway.
  • Learn simple frameworks or strategies for expressing wants and needs without shame or pressure.
  • Discover ways to build emotional and physical intimacy.
  • Identify at least one micro-action you can take daily to create more closeness and satisfaction with yourself and a partner.

    Julia Satterlee helps people cultivate more confidence, connection, and pleasure in their lives—whether it's through daily habits, relationships, or self-love. As a board-certified sexologist and Coach, she specializes in breaking down shame and transforming "taboo" topics into opportunities for growth. With over two decades of experience in adult education, sexuality education, and human rights advocacy, Julia blends research-backed knowledge with creativity and compassion. Her work at Pleasure Wise Wellness is rooted in the belief that pleasure is essential to health and well-being, offering tools that make personal development a joyful journey.

To join your session, sign up for a free ShareWell account. Just click the link on the Eventbrite session or ticket page, enter your details, skip the payment page if prompted, and register. You’ll get one free session credit!
