This training aims to introduce participants to restorative justice philosophy, learn about the fundamental questions of a restorative framework and begin to unpack the importance of a restorative mindset. We will also introduce the practices that make an organization restorative; We will examine the different responses we all have to conflict and consider what makes a restorative response.
