The Inspire & Propel Projects Summer Workout Fundraiser

Get ready for a fun body weight workout while admiring the breathtaking views of the Livermore valley at McGrail Vineyards and Winery. All fitness levels are welcome to this great day of wellness.

Your ticket includes a 60 minute workout led by Katy Downy and Nikki Kopp. You will also recieve one complimentary glass of wine after you workout.

IMPORTANT: Class is open to all fitness levels. Bring your yoga mat, water, towel, and sunscreen. Class will start promptly at 9:30 a.m. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class to register and get set up.

After your complimentary glass of wine, stick around and enjoy wine for purchase by the glass or bottle. a portion of your purchase will go back to benifit Reins In Motion.
