The INSPIRE Project's Sistah 2 Sistah Symposium

The INSPIRE Project was designed to address the mental, emotional, spiritual, physical, and financial health AND well-being of the Black American woman. Our intent is to help women find the strength, courage, wisdom, clarity, focus, and spiritual foundation to navigate the "real life issues" common to women living in today's society.

The 2024 Sistah 2 Sistah Symposium Topics include:


  • Good Grief: Navigating the grieving process after loss.
  • Healthy Living: Learning how to apply self-care, education and common practices that support a healthy lifestyle.
  • BOSS-Up: Get Empowered with the tools needed to be successful in your entrepreneurial endeavors.
  • I AM My Sister’s Keeper: Addressing mental health, self-care, positive self-image, and the differences between hazardous, toxic, and healthy relationships.
  • The REFRESH Co-ed Worship Experience

Daily registration is available at the venue.

Are children allowed at this event?

This is an event specifically catered to business and professional women. Some of the language and content is not appropriate for children. Unfortunately, at this time we do not have accommodations for children.

Are we allowed to record these sessions on our personal devices?
