The Inside Outing

Dads Appreciating Down Syndrome, or D.A.D.S., is community group (within a local Down syndrome support organization) of fathers of children who happen to have Down syndrome. While we support each other, we are not necessarily a "support group". We are more of a resource group. We provide information to each other regarding all aspects of our children and families.

Grand Rapids Dads Appreciating Down Syndrome (DADS)

The cost is $50 for a two person team.
The Inside Outing is a fundraising event that is presented by Godwin Plumbing. It is a mini golf event being hosted at the Courtyard by Marriot in downtown Grand Rapids on February 3.  The event is setup just like a standard golf outing. There will be a silent auction and prizes will be given away to the top teams and the winners of the various hole contests. Hors d’oeuvre will be served during the event and a cash bar will be available. All of the money raised at this event will go to support the Down Syndrome Association of West Michigan (DSAWM), a 501(c)3 organization. 
In existence for over 30 years, the DSAWM provides programs, services, and advocacy for all of its members during all stages of their lifetimes.
