Through guided reflection, interactive exercises, and simple regulation tools, participants will leave with a clearer understanding of their emotional responses and practical strategies for maintaining balance in work and life.

The Wheel of Life is a powerful self-reflection tool that helps women step back and evaluate where their energy is really going. In this guided workshop, participants explore eight key areas of life and compare what matters most to them with how they are investing their time and energy. The result is greater clarity, deeper alignment, and one intentional action to move toward the life they want to create.

Leading Through Meetings
At the Inner Compass Summit, Jess will deliver her signature virtual training: Leading Through Meetings. In this interactive session, participants will learn the building blocks of an engaging, effective meeting and build a real plan for an upcoming meeting on their calendar. The session covers how to set clear meeting objectives, strategies for opening and closing meetings with intention, and facilitation techniques that boost engagement, inclusion, and overall meeting effectiveness. Participants leave with a completed Meeting Planning Workbook and a toolkit of resources to support immediate implementation.
