The aim of this webinar is to support schools, trusts and local authority leaders to increase the number of children who achieve a good level of development (GLD) at the end of their first year in school.

Speakers for this session include Debbie Morgan, Primary Director at NCETM, and a Maths Hub lead.

This webinar will cover:

  • The importance of early maths to the life chances of young people.
  • Approaches to teaching early maths and supporting children to meet their early learning goals.
  • Overview of early maths in the Early Learning Goals, and a review of the evidence and tools that school leaders should be aware of.
