Cow goes "Moo", Sheep goes "Baa", Human goes....? Join us for a 3 week mini introductory exploration of what these particular instruments of the human body can sound like.
Dates: Tuesdays 6/28, 7/5 and 7/12 6:30-8:30pm
In the containment of sacred space, we will gently:
+ Call awareness to the resonance and feel of different sounds in different parts of our bodies, exploring and allowing the emotions that rise and fall,
+ Inquire into what/who within us wants to be expressed through sound, and
+ Create sacred theatre space to allow playful exploration of these characters, using the vehicles of sound and movement to acknowledge and transform these life energies
