By renting a pavilion, users agree to accept and abide by the below stated code of conduct and terms of rental.


The District Code of Conduct

Welcome to the District! To ensure that every visitor has an enjoyable experience at The District, we kindly ask all visitors to adhere to the following code of conduct:


- No outside food or beverages.

- Parents are responsible for supervising their children and ensuring their respectful behavior.

- Sporting equipment and ball playing are not permitted at The District due to safety concerns.

- Leashed pets are welcome, but are not permitted on the turf.

- No weapons, guns or other items that present a risk of harm to person or property.

- Stay off the Hub STL stage.

- No smoking or vaping in the Hub STL.

- No glass is permitted in any outdoor area.

- No illegal, disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior.

- No solicitation or loitering.

- No skateboards, scooters, hoverboards or other personal transportation devices. Bicycles must be walked in pedestrian areas.

- No defacing or damaging of any real or personal property.

-No sitting on planters, artwork, trash receptacles or other areas not specifically designed for seating.

-The Hub STL closes to the public nightly at midnight.

-The Hub STL is under video surveillance at all times.


Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct, or other reasonable requests from management or security, may result in the loss of privilege to visit The District. Thank you for being mindful of your behavior and respectful of your fellow visitors!


User acknowledges and agrees that TSG Chesterfield Lifestyle, LLC (“TSG”) is providing the pavilion to User for the event in its existing “as is” condition, and that TSG makes no representation or warranty, and in fact disclaims all representations and warranties, regarding the condition or suitability of the pavilion for the event. User fully understands, accepts and assumes all risks associated with the use of the pavilion and any activities occurring at the property by User and any and all of User’s employees, agents, representatives, guests and invitees. User acknowledges and agrees that User will be solely responsible for all activities occurring in connection with User’s use of the pavilion and for all conduct, behavior and actions of User’s guests at the event. User, on its own behalf and on behalf of all of User’s employees, agents, representatives, guests and invitees, shall comply in all respects with all laws, rules and regulations of applicable governmental authorities and with any rules or policies prescribed by TSG for the property. User hereby finally, unconditionally, irrevocably and absolutely releases and forever discharges TSG and its members, managers, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, affiliates, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, demands, rights, obligations, expenses, causes of action, attorneys’ fees and expenses, or other liabilities of any nature or description whatsoever (collectively, the “Claims”) that are or in the future might be asserted in any forum against any of the Released Parties arising out of, connected with or otherwise pertaining to the event or the use of the pavilion by User or its guests. User agrees and covenants not to sue any of the Released Parties or foment potential or asserted claims or causes of actions of third parties against any of the Released Parties on account of any claim released by User under this Agreement or the subject matter of any such released claim. User shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties against any and all loss, injury, damage, cost, expense, fine, fee, and/or liability, or any kind or nature, including attorneys’ fees and expenses, directly or indirectly incurred by the Released Parties, or any of them, arising out of or attributable to the event or User’s use of the pavilion.

Frequently asked questions

Does The Hub STL allow outside food or drink to be brought in?

The Hub STL does not allow any outside food or drink to be brought in to our pavilions. We require that any food or drink brought inside the pavilions is provided by our great tenants at 4 Hands, Hi-Pointe, Napoli Bros or Narwhals.

What is the cancellation policy?

If user wishes to cancel the rental, user must notify TSG thirty (30) days prior to the event date in order to receive a full refund. A cancellation fee may apply. User is responsible for adhering to the agreed-upon date and time. Total Rental Fees shall be retained by TSG whether or not user shows.

What if there is severe weather?

In the event of a thunderstorm or tornado, no refund will be made, except that User shall have an opportunity to reschedule the Event reservation for another date and time, subject to availability.

What is the damage policy?

User agrees to leave the Designated Pavilion and surrounding area in at least the same condition as it was found. User shall dispose of waste in appropriate receptacles. Any damage or excessive cleanup required as a result of User’s use of the Designated Pavilion may result in additional charges.

How many people can a pavilion accommodate?

Each pavilion has seating for up to 60 guests.
