Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, if you are unable to attend your registration/ticket is transferrable. Please email us with the new information prior to the event.
Can I update my registration information?
If you need to update your registration information please send an email to yasheema@hatsofftomothers.com
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
It is not necessary to bring your p;rinted ticket to the event as we will have registration on site.
What is the refund policy?
Unfortunately, there is no refund for tickets that are purchased, however you may transfer your registration to another person if you find yourself unable to attend. We also reserve the right to reschedule the date for this event at any time.

YaSheema Marshall is a certified parent coach with over 20 years of experience helping families find solutions to challenging life situations by helping them successfully navigate the child welfare, juvenile justice and community-based systems. She is the owner of Renaissance Coaching & Consulting, a private parent coaching company that provides parents with practical tips, skills and resources to make parenting life a little easier. She is passionate about helping mothers learn to love and nurture themselves like they do everyone else in their lives. She is sought after for her expertise in dealing with parenting issues, mom empowerment and creating platforms to highlight other’s greatness such as TEDx organizing and interactive community workshops. YaSheema is known as the creator of the HOTMOMS Life Club and author of the books, “Parenting Ain’t Easy” and “There Is No Such Thing As A Perfect Mother”. She thrives on creating safe communities for moms to connect with one another, teaching them how to overcome the barriers that are stopping them from having their cake and eating it too during their motherhood journey. YaSheema has written articles and been featured in the following magazines: Parenting Special Needs, Birth & Beyond 360 and New Hue Media.
