Please Note:

All attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the event in Cranston, RI. Air transportation is the responsibility of each attendee.

FAQs

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Yes. A photo ID is required to enter the training facility.

International attendees must send a copy of their passport two weeks in advance to The Hose Monster Company. Please send photo copies to mark@flowtest.com.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

A shuttle will bring attendees to and from the hotel and the training facility each day. Parking is available at the hotel.

For those flying. Airfare is NOT included in the registration fee and is the responsibility of each attendee to make their own travel arrangements.

T.F. Green Airport in Warwick is the closest airport to the hotel and training facility. A complimentary shuttle is available for transportation from T.F. Green and the Hilton Garden Inn.

As a secondary option, Logan International Airport in Boston 63 miles away. Please note: a rental car may be necessary if flying into Logan International Airport, and all fees associated are the sole responsibility of the attendee and not covered by your registration fee.

What are the hotel accommodations?

If you registered with hotel accommodations, you are scheduled to check in on Sunday (11/04/18) at 3pm. Your reservation will be under your name. Your room reservations are from Sunday (11/04/2018) to Tuesday (11/06/2018). In addition, your hotel reservation includes a complimentary continental breakfast each morning.

If you need to extend your stay beyond those date, you must contact the hotel directly and make independent arrangements.

If you are arriving at T.F. Green Airport and require a shuttle pickup, please call the hotel directly. There is also a covered and climate controlled skybridge from the airport terminal to the airport parking garage. The Hotel is located directly across the street from the parking garage. It is about a 15 min walk in total.

What is the refund policy?

• Up to 30 days prior = refund minus $100
• Up to 14 days prior = 50% refund
• Within 14 days of class = no refund

All waiting list fees are fully refundable if space is unavailable.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

No. The registration must match the attendee. If changes need to be made, please contact Mark Hoyert at 847.434.0101 or email at mark@flowtest.com at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
