About this event

In collaboration with Thompson Heritage Ranch, Bica cordially invites you to take part in a la caja china hog roast. A multi-course, family-style dinner served with a side of acoustics. Don't hesitate to bring your own beverages. We'll be sure to provide the food, vibes, and a few other surprises (including some complimentary drinks).

Thompson Heritage Farms was founded in Ramona, California with the mission to rear Berkshire hogs in a regenerative environment, to graze in a rotational manner and root in the soil. Aside from feeding on pasture, every pig's diet is supplemented with non-corn/soy organic feed packed with micronutrients and vitamins. Happy pigs make for happy stomachs.
