Dr. Kevin Klauer, Healthcare Executive Leader, will join Dr. John Danaher, CEO of AMO, Hajo Oltmanns, Chief Commercial Officer of AMO, and Kyle Swinsky, Co-Founder of AMO for a discussion called "The Hidden Pipeline" to discuss how hospitals can combat the rising costs of workforce development by optimizing their recruitment pipeline, shortening the onboarding experience, and retaining top talent through an unexpected avenue.
Dr. Kevin Klauer currently serves as the Healthcare Advisory Board's Chair at Centegix and is a Sr. Strategic Advisor to AMO. He has held many prominent executive leadership positions including the CEO of AHIMA, CMO of HCA Florida Ocala Hospital, and CEO of American Osteopathic Association (AOA), to name a few.
