Rooted to Rise: Certified Youth Mentor Training Program Do you feel called to guide the next generation? Join us for a powerful, full-day immersive training experience designed for mentors, coaches, educators, and community leaders who work with youth ages 10-17.This program goes far beyond theory. You’ll walk away with practical, evidence-based tools that strengthen relationships, build trust, and enhance both mentor and mentee growth. Together, we’ll explore:✅ Understanding your role as a community mentor✅ Core values and character development✅ Anger management &amp; physiological responsibility✅ Mindfulness &amp; emotional regulation✅ Empathy, tolerance, &amp; trust-building✅ Accountability in mentorship✅ Digging deeper into root-cause problem solving✅ Partnering with parents &amp; providing resourcesThrough interactive small-group scenarios, reflection prompts, journaling exercises, and case studies, you’ll gain the confidence and clarity to mentor with integrity and impact.What You’ll Experience:•Engaging workshops with guided scripts and role-play practice•Mindfulness activities to improve presence and emotional awareness•Reflection exercises to deepen your personal values as a mentor•Tools for connecting families, schools, and community resources•A supportive environment to grow alongside other mentors Who Should Attend: Mentors, youth leaders, educators, coaches, faith leaders, community advocates, and anyone committed to empowering the next generation.Format: Full-day interactive training with a mix of lessons, hands-on exercises, journaling, and discussion.
