The Healing Leader

This course is an immersive journey inviting leaders to delve deep within, heal, and show up as a healing presence for those they lead. By integrating insights from the enneagram and using practices from the Realization Process, this course guides leaders to explore their inner landscapes, uncover inherent wholeness, release holding patterns, and prepare to navigate the world as healing influences amidst chaos, conflict and complexity.

Leadership is about inspiring visions, enabling action, and achieving the extraordinary. Yet, it comes with unprecedented scrutiny, criticism, and uncertainty. Unrealistic demands, threats to continued funding, fear of being asked to step down, or anxiety around loss of reputation can open up old wounds and create new ones. Leaders often continue to bravely lead in the battlefield, while suffering silently on the inside. The impact of these pressures to a leader’s inner psyche can have cascading and adverse effects on the people they lead and the organizations they are responsible for. This course encourages leaders to pause, acknowledge this cost, commit to personal healing and create an environment that helps others to heal.

Modules Overview:

Module 1: Feel Comfortable in Your Own Skin

• Develop intimacy with yourself, unraveling strengths, beliefs, and sources of suffering
• Inhabit the body, uncover the subtle dimensions of your being
• Explore: Does healing help or hurt leadership performance?
  
  

Module 2: Cultivate Presence

• Investigate your orientation to safety, dignity and belonging, and how it influences your presence
• Recognize and nurture your inherent human qualities
• Clarify myths around human qualities & leadership
  
  

Module 3: Integrate thinking, feeling and action

• Understand your orientation to thinking, feeling, and action centers
• Delve into the influence of these centers on your leadership style
• Awaken the subtle core of your body to harmonize these centers
  
  

Module 4: Heal in Community

• Utilize the Enneagram to release what no longer serves you
• Open yourself to receiving support
• Attune core to core, experience oneness with others
  
  

Module 5: Surf the waves of stress and strain

• Identify and understand your stressors
• Balance subtle points in your body for accessing stillness and feeling whole
• Cultivate a sense of being resourced and grounded amidst daily challenges
  
  

Module 6: Navigate Conflicts

• Establish deep contact with yourself during conflict
• Sustain connection with others amid discord
• Understand and adapt to diverse conflict orientations
  
  

Module 7: Create a Culture of Safety and Healing

• Leverage your skills and presence to create a healing environment
• Develop a plan for sustaining this work
• Graduation celebration

Includes:

• Seven 2.5 hour live group sessions with Kishore
• An hour long private session with Kishore
• Audio Recordings for all sessions
• Your 42-page Integrative Enneagram Professional Report

Prework:

• Fill out the Integrative Enneagram Assessment (takes 30 to 50 minutes)
• Pre-course reading (takes 30 to 45 minutes)
