Why Should You Attend?
- Voice Your Experiences: Share your personal stories and challenges regarding accessessing health and wellness services.
- Collaborate on Solutions and Drive Change: Provide feedback with fellow community members to help shape future strategies, and more specifically, a new model for making care accessible and inclusive.
Who Should Attend?
For this session, we hope to hear from community members aged 18+ who may have a physical disability, be considered differently-abled, and/or use leverage tools/technology for the purposes of increasing/enhancing physical mobility. Some examples of who might participate include (but are not limited to), someone who:
- Cannot use stairs, or has difficulty using stairs
- Uses a wheelchair, walker, crutches, forearm crutches, or cane
- Has a diagnosis or injury that limits their physical mobility
- Lives with chronic pain
- Uses a prosthetic
