Join us on Sunday, June 8th, 2025 at 10:00 AM in Midtown East (Manhattan, NY) for a rejuvenating event filled with relaxation and connections. Venue address will be shared upon registration.

Mission of The Healers' Circle:
As healers, we are often the ones holding space and containing the emotions of others. This event is an invitation to pause and receive the same level of care you generously give. Our mission is to create a well-deserved space where you can breathe deeply, restore your energy, and (re)connect with yourself and with others who understand the weight and beauty of the work you do. We believe that nurturing a supportive community is not only meaningful- it's a powerful form of self-care. Whether you are a therapist, coach, nurse, activist, or someone who supports others in your work or life- this space is meant for you.

Who is This For?
Mental health and healthcare professionals, holistic and energy healers, spiritual and wellness practitioners, coaches and educators, community organizers, social justice and legal advocates, caregivers, and anyone who helps, heals, or supports others in their profession or life.**

At this event, you will receive:

• 45-minutes virtual community meet and greet (day before event)- optional to attend
• Choice of 2 out of 4 relaxing spa treatments: 30-minutes Swedish Massage, 30-minutes Facial, Regular Manicure, or Regular Pedicure
• Delicious hor'dourves between spa treatments
• Champagne, mimosa, sparkling cider, juice, coffee, tea, juice, and lemon water

• Serene lounge space for intentional connections
• Cozy photo room to capture your memorable moments
• Self-care spa gift bag

Ticket Information:
We offer an Early Bird Rate of $290 until 4/30/25 and a General Rate of $325 afterwards. Tickets are limited for an intimate and personalized experience.

Payment Options:
You can purchase your ticket with credit card, Paypal, or Apple Pay through Eventbrite or you can Venmo the host. There are no additional fees for Venmo payments (if you prefer this option, please email the host at hello@thrivewelljourneyllc.com with the following info: # of tickets you would like to purchase, select your interested spa treatments, and Venmo username- once received, we will send you a payment request within 24 hours). Please note that any credit card, Paypal, or Apple Pay transaction will incur additional fees, which will be added to the total cost of your ticket.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:
We understand that life happens. If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible.

• Cancellations submitted 7 or more days prior to the event will be eligible for a refund, minus a $60 non-refundable fee. If you are unable to attend and would like to avoid the cancellation fee, you are welcome to gift or transfer your ticket to another healer in your community- just send us a quick message and we will make the switch.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are not eligible for a refund.
