City Market, Onion River Co-op, is a community-owned food cooperative with two locations in beautiful Burlington, Vermont. We offer a large selection of local, organic and conventional foods, and thousands of Vermont-made products. Our Downtown and South End stores are open daily.We offer over a dozen classes each month - engaging and inspiring cooking, gardening, and wellness classes taught by wonderful local instructors. There is free 2-hour parking available at the Burlington City parking garages, located on Bank Street and Cherry Street. Parking in theCity Market South End lot is permitted.

This system made up a variety of cells, neurotransmitters, hormones and other messaging molecules can affect our mental state as well as play key roles in certain diseases. We will discuss these connections, how to maintain a healthy digestive system, and share some recipes of foods that help calm your gastrointestinal tract. </P>
