Join Harbor Pets in Commons Park for the Great Pupkin Howl-O-Ween Festival on Saturday, October 26, from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm for a fun-filled afternoon with furry friends: costume contest, doggy games, dog and owner snacks, a haunted dog house just for the pups, Police K9 demonstration, and a variety of exciting pet product vendors.

No dog? Stop by and enjoy the cuteness, we plan to have dogs avaiable for adoption!

Dogs must be on a leash and up to date on vaccinations.
