Fifty Shades of Grape invites you to The Art of Pairing, a one-night-only tasting gallery experience featuring the visionary artwork of Aja Trier (Sagittarius Gallery) and the expressive wines of Absolution Cellars.

This immersive night blends fine wine, fine art, and heartfelt giving; in support of the Kerr County Flood Relief Fund.

🎨 About the Artist – Aja Trier

Aja is a Texas-based painter and founder of Sagittarius Gallery, known for her vivid reinterpretations of Van Gogh’s iconic style with modern, whimsical themes; like the viral “Cow Alien Abduction” that sparked this unique wine-art collaboration. With over 1,500 original works, Aja's art brings humor, heart, and color to the canvas and, now, to your glass.

🍇 Featured Winery – Absolution Cellars

Known for crafting boutique, small-lot wines on California’s Central Coast, Absolution Cellars has partnered with Aja Trier to create a series of bottles as beautiful as they are drinkable. Each pour tells a story; one of art, place, and passion.

$15 from every Odin's Blend bottle sold at the event will be donated to the Kerr County Flood Relief Fund, supporting families and communities impacted by recent flooding.

What’s included with my ticket?

Every ticket includes access to curated wine and art pairings, complimentary small bites, and entry into our exclusive wine + art giveaway. Collector’s Tickets also include one limited-edition wine bottle with Aja Trier’s artwork, plus early access and private pours.

Will the artist be present?

While Aja Trier will not be physically present, her work is the centerpiece of the event. Her story, inspiration, and process will be shared throughout the evening for guests to connect deeply with each pairing.

Can I buy the wine or art featured at the event?

Yes. Bottles featuring Aja Trier’s art will be available for purchase—and $15 from each bottle sold goes directly to the Kerr County Flood Relief Fund. Select art pieces may also be available for sale or order.

What is the dress code?

Gallery casual. Think stylish, expressive, and comfortable—like your favorite winery outfit with a creative twist. This is a great opportunity to dress up a bit for a night of art, wine, and community.

Is this a seated dinner?

Yes; this is a gallery-style 5-course dinner.

Is parking available?

Yes, The Meadowlark has on-site and nearby street parking. We also encourage ride-share for those planning to fully enjoy the wine experience.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another guest if you notify us at least 24 hours before the event.

Are the food and wine pairings vegetarian or allergy-conscious?

While not exclusively vegetarian or allergen-free, we aim to offer variety and flavor balance. If you have a dietary restriction or allergy, please email us ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
