The Grand Fair
When: Wednesday, July 3, 2024 through Saturday July 6, 2024. Opening Ceremonies on Thursday, July 4th @ 10 am!
Where: Chelan County Expo Center, Cashmere, WA
Registration will open in Jan 2024. Be prepared with your VIN as it is needed during registration!
Your ticket includes your rally fee plus 4 nights of camping (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday) along with 2 catered meals for 2 adults and your children 18 years of age and younger, entertainment, games, prizes and FUN! You may purchase one additional night of camping for Tuesday night or for additional adults in your camping party over the age of 18. Any additional nights after the rally can be reserved through the camp host after your arrival. You may need to change sites to accommodate prior reservations. No early arrivals this year, sorry!

- Back-in, Back-to-Back, or Single Pull Thru Sites with Full Hookups: $195.00
- Double Pull-Thru Sites with Full Hookups: $275.00
- Solar or Generator Dry Camping Sites: $155.00 (water fill station and on-site sewer dump available at no charge)
- Offsite Stay: $75 (does not include any camping)
This is NOT resort camping. This is fairgrounds camping. You will not have shade trees but most sites have grass. You might not have full hookups but you will have fun and meet some really great people which is what a rally is all about!
We encourage you to stay after the rally is over to explore the Wenatchee River Valley area from Leavenworth to Wenatchee. You are also only an hour from Chelan. There is plenty to see and do in this area.
What Will We Do At The Rally?
The Rally will officially kick off with the opening ceremony at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, July 4th, and end Saturday night, July 6th.
We will have seminars, vendor displays, group activities, FUN, group meals, craft show and sale, RV open house, FUN, exhibitions, entertainment and games, evening socializing, prize giveaways and yes, more FUN!

Please be prepared to have your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) on hand as it is required to register.
Easiest way to get to the rally site: From US2 either eastbound or westbound, turn onto Goodwin Road, proceedto Sunset Highway. Turn right onto Sunset Hwy, drive 1.3 miles and turn left onto Wescott Drive; drive .25 mile and turn right onto Kimber Drive. RV Park is first gate on your left.

Frequently asked questions
Yes, pets are permitted. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet and must be leashed at all times. Pets are NOT allowed in the buildings unless it is an ADA service animal. If your dog is aggressive with others, you will be asked to leave your pet in your RV.
Yes, if an off-site ticket is available, you can attend all the rally activities. Cost is $75 and covers two adults and your minor children. There are a limited number of these tickets available.
