The Gourmet Spork Pop Up Dinner Series
Join us for a mouthwatering experience at The Gourmet Spork May Pop Up Dinner! Our dinners are intimate, with seating for 12. This month's dinner is taking place in a beautiful enclosed rooftop in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn. Indulge in this culinary adventure as our talented chef showcases innovative dishes, by elevating classics with a modern twist. Each dinner in this series promises to be a unique and unforgettable experience, with a thoughfully curated menu that will leave you craving for more.
Each ticket includes a three course meal inclusive of a starter, main, and a dessert. Wine, beer, and cocktails will be sold at cost during the event.
This month we are celebrating Cinco De Mayo! Our chef is from Los Angeles, CA where she argues has some of the best Mexican food. Much of her cooking has been influenced by the beauitful and vibrant Mexican culture present in LA. The standard menu includes porks and is not gulten free, vegetarian, or vegan.
May Pop Up Dinner Menu:
- Starter- Bean, Cheese, Bacon, and Pepper Mini Burrito and Elote
- Main- Street Style Taco Plate (3 tacos) with your choice of Shredded Chicken, Carne Asada, and/or Fajita Vegetables served with Mexican Rice and Beans
- Dessert- Churro Cheesecake and Strawberry Horchata Paleta
Drink Menu:
- Craft Beer
- Wine (Rose, White, and Sparkling)
- Assorted Margaritas (Pineapple Jalapeño Cilantro, Mezcal Mango Chamoy, and Coconut Ginger)
