The Gourmet Spork Pop Up Dinner Series
Join us for a mouthwatering experience at The Gourmet Spork June Pop Up Brunch! Our dinners are intimate, with seating for 12. This month's dinner is taking place on a beautiful rooftop in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn. Indulge in this culinary adventure as our talented chef showcases innovative dishes, by elevating classics with a modern twist. Each dinner in this series promises to be a unique and unforgettable experience, with a thoughfully curated menu that will leave you craving for more.
Each ticket includes a three course meal inclusive of a starter, main, and a dessert. Wine, beer, and cocktails will be sold at cost during the event.
This month we are having a Bougie Boozey Brunch! Who doesn't love a good brunch?! Even more so, mimosas! This month's menu includes porks and shellfish and is not gulten free, vegetarian, or vegan.
June Pop Up Brunch Menu:
- Starter- Creamy Deviled Eggs topped with a Dollop of Caviar and a bowl of Lobster Bisque Soup
- Main- Your Choice of one of the following and a side of Homestyle Potatoes and Fruit Salad:
-Baked Cinnamon French Toast with Caramel Apple Sauce and Bourbon Maple Syrup and a side of Bacon and Scrambled Eggs
-Shakshuka (a sauce of simmered tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, and garlic and oven poached eggs) accompanied with Toast and Chicken Sausage
-Crab Salad BLT
- Dessert- Vanilla Gelato topped with a Drizzle of Olive Oil and Flakey Sea Salt and Brown Butter Toffee Cookie

There are two ticket options. Option one includes the three course meal with a main course of your choice (food only). Option two includes your three course meal with a main course of your choice and a WHOLE Personal bottle of Prosecco and a Flight of Fresh Pressed Juices for $25 additional dollars.
