Join Jordan D'Nelle, pleasure + intimacy coach, sexual health educator, and reiki practitioner, and Alison Midollo, restorative yoga instructor, holistic health coach, spirtual mentor + reiki healer, for a morning of sensual yoga and sexual empowerment.
This intimate heart led event will incorporate multiple exercises to connect to your sexuality and sensuality. We will also be focuing on the clearing the sacral chakra allowing us to connect to our feminine. You will be guided through 45 minutes of gentle yoga focusing on movements that promotes your sexual well-being, including hip openers and bridges. You will leave this event feeling connected to yourself, grounded, and confident. Reiki, a healing technique that channels univeral energy to bring emotional or physical healing, will also be intergrated into the event.
