Then, we all get comfortable on our mat. You may lay down or sit, whichever is preferred. The soothing Sound Healing Journey paves the way to amplify your intentions and dispel any energy barriers that may hinder a profound Kundalini activation. Feel free to bring a personal blanket or your favorite crystals.
