<h2>Welcome to The Gauntlet!</h2>This is a 3-hour endurance event in teams of 3Teams of 3- MMM or FFFEvery hour follows the same brutal starting point.Each hour begins with a 5K run.Once your team finishes the run, the work continues inside.Each hours, teams will accumulate:<ul><li>Maximum distance on a machine — the machine will change every hour</li><li>Maximum reps of deadlifts</li></ul>Your goal is simple: accumulate as much work as possible for your team.But strategy matters.Every team member has to run each hour. Work can commence on the machine and deadlifts when there are at least 2 team members back from their run.3 Hours. 3x 5k Runs3 Machines Teams of 3 All finishers will receive a Gauntlet Tech running cap and a Gauntlet Poker Chip. Who will come out on top? Welcome to The Gauntlet.
