Kelseyis a  Los Angeles-based RYT-200 certified yoga teacher, having received her certification from YogaWorks in New York City in 2015.Her teaching style incorporates traditional sun salutations with standing postures, stretching, breath awareness, meditation & music, culminating in a relaxing, meditative savasana. Kelsey encourages her students to be fully present on the mat, & pushes them to practice according to how they feel in the moment, leaving all judgement at the door.Natalieisan LA based sound healer, certified in Soundology.Her sound baths incorporate several uses of different modalities along instruments such as tuning forks, singing bowls, chimes, & gongs, to guide each participant into a space of deep meditation & healing.As a student of the light, Natalie’s purpose is to invite everyone to see themselves as the perfect light beings that they are, & to allow those frequencies to continue to resonate even after the sound bath is over.

Kelsey Cook &amp; Natalie Valle present:THE FREQUENCY FLOW - VIRTUAL!A high-vibe event series that invites you to align, tune-in, connect &amp; reset with the transformative combination of yoga &amp; soundhealing.Join us for a VIRTUAL 45-minute all-levels vinyasa flow yoga class followed by a 30-minute sound bath experience, lead by <a href="http://kelseycookwellness.com" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Kelsey Cook</a> (RYT-200) &amp; <a href="http://loveandalchemy.com" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Natalie Valle</a> (Soundologist &amp; RYT-200).The physical practice of yoga helps you to bridge the gap between your mind, body &amp; spirit, while the synergistic sound meditation techniques used during the sound bath teach you to enter a state of deep meditation, relaxation, &amp; rejuvenation - even if you&#x27;ve never meditated before. When the two come together, magical things can happen.We hope you will join us Tuesday, June 8th at 6:30pm PST for a VIRTUAL flow you can do from anywhere! We will send you the Zoom link about 1 hour before the event begins. All you&#x27;ll need is your yoga mat, a pillow &amp; blanket (for the soundbath) &amp; a place that&#x27;s free of distractions where you can be comfortable for the duration of the class.All levels of experience, ability, &amp; skill are welcome - all judgements (of self &amp; others) should be left at the door - this is a safe space where we want everyone to feel at home!**COST: $25/person**
