Find your people, Find your practice. We are a place where community and contemplation meet. No more trying to be mindful alone.The Hive exists to develop creative, compassionate, and mindfully-engaged citizens in the Cincinnati region, and online through small group classes and workshops. We have curated a collective of proven teachers, facilitators, and spiritual directors to help guide your learning in mindfulness, contemplation, art and action. We hope you'll try a class and like it enough to become a regular member. Your partnership helps make this nonprofit possible.(As a social enterprise, the Hive shares our story with photos of classes and events. If you are opposed to sharing your lovely face, let us know and we'll do our best to avoid that. But, by using an event ticket you agree to let The Hive share your image in photo, audio, and video form. For Zoom classes we occassionally announce if we elecet to record- please let your host or faciliator know if you do not want to be recorded.)

It is easy to go into autopilot, getting stuck in unconscious ruts that don’t really serve you. It’s time to bring this ruled grid of the mind to account. To break free of the ways of existing that aren’t working for you.
We will quiet that inner critic and explore, experiment, and experience the freedom that comes through Spirit. This class will use multiple grounded activities and facilitated discussions to get rooted in freedom and hear Spirit as our own inner whisper.
Quit searching for experts instead of trusting your own best advocate. Sense and encounter the connectivity and universality of Spirit.
Christine Wilson is an award winning poet, artist, and facilitator living in Northside, which suits her just fine. She has shown visual art at Rohs St Cafe and Red Tree Gallery, and won the English Department poetry award at University of Cincinnati where she attended for English. She spent multiple years in ministry at a local church where she headed up arts, teens, and spiritual growth, teaching and writing the daily devotional for an audience of 25,000. She has a passion for diversity and justice and has painted murals, facilitated workshops, and led retreats in South Africa and India. She facilitates at Women Writing for a Change and is a graduate of the Conscious Feminine Leadership Academy.
