Are there casting changes to the show in 2023?

We are very excited to announce that MICHAEL McLEAN will return to the stage to narrate the show alongside our entire cast from 2022, including Michael Young, seasoned television and stage actor, who will again play the role of John.

What time do the doors open?

Accepted Answer

Doors into the auditorium will open 30 minutes prior to show time.  Doors to the lobby, the box office and merchandise sales will open 1 hour prior to show time.

How long is the show?

2 hours and 30 minutes with intermission.

Question 4

Can I bring my nursing baby or young child to the show?

Accepted Answer

The Forgotten Carols is recommended for ages 5 and older. If you choose to bring a slightly younger child, each person entering the hall must have a ticket. In order to provide a favorable experience for all attendees, NO children 2 and under, including babes-in-arms, will be allowed.

Do you have ASL interpreters for any of The Forgotten Carols shows?

Accepted Answer

At the venues connected to Universities, we can arrange ASL interpreters upon request.  Requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance to the Box Office.  After that time, we cannot guarantee accommodation of the request.

Do you offer hearing assistance devices at any Forgotten Carols shows?

Accepted Answer

No, unfortunately, we are not able to offer these devices.

Question 7

If I can not use my ticket, can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

We do not offer refunds on ticket purchases.   You are, however, welcome to transfer/sell your ticket to another person.

Question 8

What happens if a show is canceled?

Accepted Answer

If a show is canceled by the Producer due to illness or inclement weather, etc. you will receive a refund for your ticket purchase.  If the show runs as scheduled and you choose not to attend, for any reason, a refund will not be given.  Note that shows are very rarely canceled.

Are there discounts available for military or seniors?

Accepted Answer

There are no military or senior discounts for The Forgotten Carols.   Group discounts are available.  See below

Are group discounts available for The Forgotten Carols?

Accepted Answer

The group discount is 15% off when purchasing 10 tickets in one order.  BEFORE YOU PLACE THE ORDER, please send an email to grouptickets@forgottencarols.com to receive an automatic response with the instructions & promo code.  Contact us at tickets@forgottencarols.com if there are any issues.

Will Forgotten Carols merchandise be available at the performance?

Yes, tour exclusive Forgotten Carols merchandise will be available before the show, during intermission and after the show.  Note that lines are shorter before the show and the lobby opens 1 hour prior to the show start time.
