What is Animal Flow? Is it like Yoga?

Animal Flow is a dynamic and fluid movement system, with an emphasis on functional movement and strength. We will combine strength, mobility, and cardio into one seamless practice. You’ll feel stronger, more energized, and even a little sweaty by the end of each session.

How is this different from a regular fitness class?

You'll be guided by a heart-centered coach who goes beyond fitness by focusing on mobility, alignment, and mind-body connection, helping you feel more in tune with your body and its potential.

I’m not very flexible or coordinated—can I still do this?

Absolutely! You’ll progress at your own pace and learn the movements that will help you become more fluid, coordinated, powerful, and graceful.

What if I can’t make it to one of the sessions?

Don’t worry! You’ll receive access to guided practices to stay on track while you're at home or on vacation.

What should I bring to class? Do I need any equipment?

This is about using your bodyweight to move, strengthen, and stretch in creative ways. Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement (your favourite yoga set), bring a water bottle, and some good vibes!
