Here’s a bit more about me:

I serve humans who intuitively feel there is a dimension of bliss just beyond their reach and aspire to invite pleasure to illuminate their path. Those who are restless and feel the heaviness of cultural pressures to please, behave, or conform find both provocation and inspiration in my offerings. My circles, retreats, and sessions are created for those ready to catalyze their energetic shift from the usual to the euphoric in all they do, those called to find their edge and live their bliss.

Since 2005, I have been honored to guide visionaries in creating their own pleasure-illuminated, enlightened lives and loves. Through my radical consciousness design movement based in Portland, Maine, I dismantle the patriarchy through pleasure activism. All humans deserve the support to flow with ease and bliss in their relationships with Self and all the humans in their world.

I serve the collective as a consciousness design leader, author, and pleasure activist. I offer inspiration to live the pleasure-illuminated life in my retreats, circles, books, and art. One of my greatest pleasures is writing, including the books Unlearn Moderation, Body 2.0, Ischemia, Conscious Revolution, and the forthcoming The Bliss Manifesto: Your Guide to Pleasure-Illuminated Enlightenment.

I find my own edge and bliss as a collage artist and through meditative devotion, hiking, dancing, crosswords, weightlifting, and wandering in my RV. My practice spans the planet, and I live oceanside, a few steps from the Maine woods.
