Is this a bike ride/race?

No, this is not. However, Dallas Bike Works is in an excellent location to exercise around White Rock Lake. Do your normal exercise routine on Sunday and join us for some fun.

Do I need to be a cyclist to attend?

No. Although this event is cycling themed, we encourage all forms of exercise. We also will have something for everyone, cyclist or non. We look forward to having many non cyclists at our event so we can encourage you to keep exercising how you prefer and to provide some diabetes information.
