The Palm Beach Open is Palm Beach County's Only USAW sanctioned weightlifting meet this Spring. 
Open to all athletes with an up to date USAW membership.  If you do not have a current membership, please visit the following website and obtain a USAW membership before registering.

Awards to top three athletes in each adult weight division, top three overall athletes by Sinclair scoring, plus top three athletes in a combined youth division based on Sinclair Scoring by gender.
Weigh-ins will begin at 6am and the first lift at 8am.
There are no refunds, transfer of registration will be left up to meet director and will depend on startlist at time of request.
