The Extraordinary Birder in Palm Springs- CVHiking CLUB only may register

Raptors, ravens, hummingbirds and more! Christian Cooper heads to the oasis of Palm Springs to discover the wild and wonderful world of desert birds. Shot at Sunnylands, the Salton Sea, the Civic Center, and Kurt Leuschner's home for hummingbirds, you'll recognize plenty of locations in this wonderful National Geographic documentary.

Christian Cooper will be joining us in person at the Camelot Theater to present the film. This event is free but you must be registered, and is made possible through a collaboration between the CV Hiking Club and the Oswit Land Trust.
