Shawna is known for creating a safe space for others to journey deep beneath their layers.  She is an Empowerment Coach, Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki Master-Teacher and Yoga Instructor, teaching empowerment through embodiment practices.  As a transformation guide to individuals ready for change, Shawna uses her innovative healing methods to help people get out of their head and into their body — so they can tap into their deepest desires, find clarity, and start living the life they really want.  She offers both in-person and virtual classes and events throughout North County San Diego.

Creating a journey that allows you to truly peel back the layers of your psyche and begin to tune into what you desire.The Experience is healing amplified! My method combines healing modalities in a way that allows you to get out of your head and into your body so you can fully open up, be present and receptive to the transformative healing you are about to undertake. It&#x27;s designed to make you FEEL so you can begin to heal and it can go deep. This is an experiential mind/body journey, designed to make you FEEL using intuitive movement, powerful visualization, intense music, mind-bending breathwork and healing Reiki energy. The Experience is different for everyone, but it will leave you clearer, lighter, aligned and ready to start living your best life as the highest version of yourself begins to emerge. You&#x27;ll walk away feeling embodied and empowered to show up as the badass you know you were born to be.This is healing in community, surrounding you with like minded souls ready to make changes. The connection to one another as you move through the experience, syncing your breath and the sharing of energy is nothing short of magical! I look forward to sharing your journey.
