The Exhale Experience is a 4 hour immersive wellness experience designed for the version of you who is ready to pause, reconnect, and return home to themself. Created as a sacred reset for the mind, body, and nervous system, this retreat invites you to step away from the noise of everyday life and into a space of restoration, reflection, movement, and healing.
Within the Exhale Experience, you will be guided through a deeply nourishing combination of yoga, breathwork, acupunture with sound healing, and meditation designed to regulate your nervous system and create a full-body energetic reset. Each modality compliments one another to release tension, calm the mind, restore balance, and reconnect you to your inner rhythm.
Guests will experience grounding movement, guided stillness, quiet reflection time, and meaningful connection with people who are walking a similar path toward healing and self-return.
This is more than a wellness experience — it is an invitation to soften, release survival mode, and remember what it feels like to breathe fully again.

What to Expect
This experience is designed to feel restorative, grounding, and deeply supportive. Expect a balance of movement, stillness, reflection, connection, and nervous system. You do not need to be advanced in yoga or meditation to participate — all practices are beginner-friendly and accessible.
You may experience emotional release, physical relaxation, mental clarity, deep rest, or moments of insight throughout the retreat. Every part of the day is intentionally curated to help you slow down, reconnect to yourself, and exhale what you’ve been carrying.
