Damicco RobinsonDamicco R. Robinson
Sales Development Representative
Whirlpool Corporation

Damicco R. Robinson joined Whirlpool Corporation in September 2014 as one of eight elite participants selected to join the Real Whirled Leadership Development program, an unmatched ten-week experiential training program in which members live in a unique residential training center with 7 other new professionals, experiencing and using a wide collection of Whirlpool company products. Through this hands-on learning approach, participants complete sales skills training and gain valuable insight into our leading products, customer segments, sales strategy, merchandising approach, and operations.

Robinson was then placed in Tampa, FL as a sales development representative (SDR), where he manages a sales territory and is the primary face of Whirlpool Corporation and our many iconic brands. He works with national accounts and key independent trade partners to build relationships and ensure sales targets are achieved, all while identifying and analyzing performance trends. In addition to the primarily responsibilities of his role, he has also taken on many other leadership initiatives.

Robinson will talk about his experience with Whirlpool and the multitude of career opportunities we offer to college students. These unmatched internships and leadership development programs have been featured in several media publications, including The New York Times.
